Ground Fire Vol. 1 won't download

Love ActionVFX so far, great stuff. Slight glitch with downloading one of the Essentials Collection, GROUND FIRE VOL. 1. When I try, it counts towards my daily downloads, but the download itself will not begin. The page goes to the error message in the screenshot below. “No video with supported format and MIME type found.” So far, it’s everything 4K I try in that collection. Maybe there was a directory change on ftp without a change to the links on the website? I don’t know, but they sure won’t download.
