While I understand the reasoning behind download limits, this policy can sometimes be restrictive, particularly for professionals working on tight deadlines. It would be significantly more convenient if:

1. The daily download cap could roll over for unused downloads. For instance, if a user downloads fewer than 20 assets on a given day, the remaining quota would carry over to subsequent days.

OR

2. A bulk download option could be made available, allowing users to download all purchased assets upfront.

Both solutions would maintain fairness while improving user flexibility, particularly for those with fluctuating project schedules.

I hope you will consider this suggestion as it would greatly enhance the user experience.

    Hey Thomas! First off, thank you for your feedback. To clarify one thing, our 20 downloads per day limit is only for products in the Essentials Catalog and other free assets. There are no download limits on actual purchased collections, and we already offer bulk downloading for each collection someone purchases.

    The collections in the Essentials Catalog aren’t “purchased products” in the traditional sense. It’s simply a portion of our library that subscribers have access to download without spending additional money. As you already know, the download restrictions exist to prevent someone from subscribing, bulk downloading everything, then canceling immediately. There’s probably not a future where downloads in the Essentials Catalog aren’t restricted in some capacity, but I accept that there could be a better way of handling it than we are currently.

    We have some ideas on the matter, so we’ll see what we can do!
