Free assets are not free anymore?

Yesterday, as an active subscriber, I was able to download free collection assets in the offered resolutions. Today, Free Surface Imperfections / Asset ID 4098 says 4K+ and Pro formats require a one-time purchase and refers to a purchase panel, but no purchase panel appears. Has the free-asset policy changed, or is this an account/page bug?

    @Morgan Aitken Thanks for writing in. The 4K+ version of free assets and practice footage are no longer a subscriber-only feature. This means that they are now available either through spending a credit or $39 (or equivalent in local currencies). That said, I’ve sent you an email with more details specific to your account.
