No access to any of my products that i've brought with a perment license
You forced me to change me to change my licence then denied me access to all my assets
I'm still just an individual freelancer. With a small income Its not fair or reasonable for you to change the license tems after I've brought a perment license. This is illegal.
Please give me access to my products asap

@Kenneth Turner I was able to dig and find your account. The issue is that when you filled out the license profile yesterday you answered that you were not needing the assets as an individual, instead as a business with multiple people. This seems to have been in error, but when that happens it means that all “individual” licensed items would have needed to be upgraded to support your use case.
I’ve downgraded your profile to be an Individual account, which should allow you to download your assets as necessary.

Yes that was it. Many many thanks for sorting this out
I think there is a bug . The reason I filled out the license profile is because I couldn’t download anything. I guessed this was because i hadn’t logged in for a while. But it wasn’t very clear
I also missed the option that defined me as an individual, ( its possible i did something dumb because the end of a very long day ).
