We give logged in users access to several products for free. It’s possible that is what you’re seeing on your “My Downloads" page. But if you feel there are things that should not be included, you can follow up with me directly via email at andrew@actionvfx.com
Since your account has no payment information included or other access, I am not so inclined to think it’s related to account access issues. But if there’s something larger going on we will continue the investigation until we get to the bottom of it!
