Electricity Lines and Arcs

A sharp cgi version of the animated 'electricity' that you see in countless 80s and 90s films, like Back To The Future, would be great. Lines wrapped around shapes for instance, to add to people arms or overlay on machinery, its quite a simple effect but adds a lot of action to a scene, thanks!
