Rising Smoke - full screen

I can find lots of distant smoke, close-up smoke, but across many fx sites they miss this really basic element:

full screen mid-range rising smoke, so useful for so many types of scenes. The screenshot shows an animated clip, its ok, but real smoke would of course really sell things better! thankyou
