Slow-Motion Thrown Weapons

think of somebody throwing a spear at somebody but in slow motion, like when someone will dodge the object being thrown at them or the bullet being shot at someone or whatever in the world it is, but how the shot will be edited so that the speed of that one shot will be in slow motion and the shot will be close up to the person receiving it.
