Suggestion: Practice materials stock videos

As a fellow VFX artist, I strongly recommend utilizing products like stock footages for practicing and planning productions. Here are a few suggestions: Environment: It would be beneficial to acquire drone footage of various settings such as cities, towns, or deserts. These resources can serve as excellent foundations for incorporating VFX elements during practice sessions. Green Screen with Actors: Another valuable asset would be green screen footage featuring actors portraying different scenarios, like running in various situations. This material allows VFX artists to experiment with integrating visual effects into live-action footage. i always find difficult to get a plate which is not for beautification but for destroying, exploding. thus can focus on camera tracking, roto'ing, match moving and then add action vfx elements on top of it.
