Top-Down Water Drop Elements (In Puddle with Concentric Ripples)

Real, clean, top-down water drop elements with concentric ripples would be extremely useful for animated 3D street scenes with realistic puddles. Both individual drops and longer stretches of continuous rain in larger puddles would be useful. I'm surprised I don't see a bunch of these kinds of elements all over the web when I search; it seems like such an obvious hole in most VFX libraries. Slapping a bunch of animated ripple maps into the bump maps of puddles would really bring rainy scenes like these to life in conjunction with other rain elements.
